Long An Food Company was established on November 6, 1984, is a member company of Southern Food Corporation - Joint Stock Company (Vinafood II) .
CAPACITY: -
1. Total warehouse area: 85,000 m 2 , capacity: 155,000 tons.
2. Drying capacity: 03 systems, productivity 475 tons/day.
3. Rice milling capacity: 03 lines, productivity 23 tons of rice/hour. - Grinding - polishing - color separation capacity: 07 lines, productivity 60 tons/hour.
4. Capacity of purchasing and warehousing: 3,000 tons/day. - Processing
5. Export capacity: 2,000 tons/day.
6. Total sales output: 200,000 - 250,000 tons/year; Of which: 90% export, 10% domestic.
EXPORT MARKET - Long An Food Company exports rice to more than 30 markets including: Asia, Africa, Europe. Especially some large markets such as China, Malaysia, Ghana, Singapore and some countries such as Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Kuwait, Netherlands, Belgium, etc.
PRODUCTS - Long An Food Company produces a variety of types such as fragrant rice, common white rice, sticky rice and broken rice of all kinds. * White rice: 5% - 10% - 15% - 25% broken; OM5451, OM6976, OM4900, Ham Chau * Fragrant rice: Huong Lai, Jasmine, Nang Hoa, Dai Thom 8, Japonica Rice, ... * Glutinous rice: 2% - 5% - 10% broken. * Plates: common plates, fragrant plates, sticky rice plates. * Fragrant rice, sticky rice and sticky rice account for 60%, white rice accounts for 40%.
