Tien Giang Food Company was established under Decision No. 785/QD.UB dated October 2, 1992 of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province.
TIGIFOOD is currently a unit under the parent group Southern Food Corporation - Joint Stock Company since October 9, 2018.
Production capacity and facilities: -
1. Warehouse area: 76,364 m
2 . Storage capacity: 103,000 tons; -
3. Rice milling capacity: 40 tons/hour; -
4. Rice drying capacity: 620 tons/day; -
5. Capacity of color sorter: 70 tons/hour; -
6. 04 high quality rice packaging rooms,
7. Meeting HACCP standards with packaging capacity of 70 tons/hour (calculated for 5kg bags).
8. Rice processing capacity: 250,000 tons of rice/year; - In addition, there are also supporting equipment such as metal detectors, automatic bag counting machines, vacuum bagging machines.
9. Product quality inspection room equipment: Whiteness meter, amylose meter, moisture meter, grain analyzer, peeling machine, mini whitening machine...
One of 22 Vietnamese enterprises licensed by AQSIQ (Chinese National Administration of Quality Supervision, Testing and Quarantine) to export rice to the Chinese market. - Certificate of eligibility for rice export business according to Decree 107/2018/ND-CP.
