Broken glutinous rice is the smooth shade of it effectively in significant creation regions. In the upper North and Northeast of Thailand, the most renowned and notable is called “Tong,” which is filled essentially in the north of Thailand. In this kind of rice in the Northeast, a large portion of the “stars stick,” which is short, delicate grains, not exactly Tong.
